BLONDE ALE
ALAMO GOLDEN ALE (2)

San Antonio, Texas

Smooth and refreshing golden ale brewed locally with a fiercely independent spirit

REAL ALE FIREMAN 4 (18)

Blanco, TX
This refreshing blonde ale strikes a perfect balance between the smoothness of the malt, the subtle fruitiness of our house ale yeast, and zesty citrus notes from Crystal hops. Firemans #4 is a great way to beat the heat – enjoy it on a Texas summer day, or pair it with spicy foods to help put out the fire.

TEXAS BIG BEER BLONDE ALE (22)

Buna, Texas

This is our favorite beer to drink. We like to call it our “LIGHT BEER” because it is so drinkable for its size; weighing in at 10.54% ABV (Alcohol by volume).  This is a Belgian Blonde Ale, brewed with a CrAzY amount of malt and a little Belgian candi syrup to give it that rich Belgian flavor. Hopped with just enough earthy Sterling hops to leave a little sweet rich malt flavor, which makes this beer go down so smooth. We work hard to get our yeast to attenuate, keeping the body down, so it seems much lighter than it really is. We also ferment with an American Ale Yeast so you won’t find the yeasty esters you get with normal Belgians, that allows the rich clean flavor of the malt and candy syrup to come through. This is not a beer brewed to style, it is very unique!

FORT BEND BACKYARD BLONDE – (46)

Missouri City, Texas

TEXAS BACKYARD BLONDE ALE - Brewed with the finest imported German malts and hops, using traditional German brewing techniques, the Texas Backyard Blonde Ale is inspired by the hoppy golden kolsch ales of Cologne.  More complex than your average blonde, bready, biscuity malt flavors combine with ample grassy, spicy hops and fruity esters in a crisp, refreshing brew, perfect for steamy Texas days.

SOUTHERN STAR BOMBSHELL BLONDE – DRAFT (53)

Conroe, TX
A rich, creamy golden colored ale fermented at a cool temperature to five a clean finish. Hints of yeasty bread and a touch of hops combine to make a beer that is truly more than the sum of its parts.
