BYG BASH GOLF TOURNEY

 The first BYG Bash Golf Tournament celebrated The Backyard Grill’s First Anniversary in 2002. Since then, the tournament has grown to become one of the largest golf events in Cy Fair. All proceeds from The BYG BASH GOLF TOURNEY go to CY HOPE.

In 2012 five Texas Breweries became part of the BASH. Otherwise known as a “Beer Event with a Golfing Problem”, Saint Arnold, Karbach, Rahr, No Label and Independence were all located on holes throughout the course with samples of beer. It was a nice hot day and it was alot of fun. For the second year in a row John Mitchske, Chad Rutherfrod, Andrew Cole and Jody Shupe won the tournament with a 17 under score.

To help raise money for the event The Backyard Grill and Jersey Meadow Golf Course sold raffle tickets.
